SEWLAR / Help & support

A little help.

Find your music, check an order or manage a membership. You can read this page without signing in.

I can’t play my music.

Sign in with the email address that received the invitation or made the purchase. Open My listening, choose the release and use Refresh access if it is shown. If playback still fails, try a current browser and check your connection.

An invitation may expire or be revoked. A refunded purchase no longer grants access; membership access depends on its verified status and access deadline. Another valid invitation or purchase may still give you access.

Where is my payment?

Open My listening, choose Library, open Order history and select View test order and choose Check payment status. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment. If the status check fails, retry shortly before starting another checkout.

A refunded order stays refunded when you check it again. Music purchases are sold by the artist; contact the artist for purchase and refund questions. SEWLAR support can help with technical access problems.

Current staging checkout uses Stripe test mode. It does not move real money.

Manage a fan membership.

Open My listening, choose Fan memberships, then select your membership and choose Manage membership to open the artist’s Stripe portal. Manage payment details, invoices and cancellation there. Return to SEWLAR and choose Check membership status.

A scheduled cancellation can preserve access until the verified deadline shown on the membership. Changing an artist’s advertised price does not automatically change an existing subscription’s price.

Artist workspace and Studio billing.

Open Artist studio and choose Studio subscription for your workspace to manage the platform plan. Fan memberships and individual music purchases are separate from your Studio subscription.

For sign-in problems, request a password reset using the email address on your account.
